SAN DIEGO-The Lankford & Associates-developed Plaza at Scripps Northridge is set to kick off in December and take up to a year. Located at 12121 Scripps Summit Dr. off Poway Parkway a mile east of Interstate 15, the project will comprise a four-story, 118,322-sf building with a two-story 75,378-sf, 240-space open parking structure and an additional 204-space on-grade parking area on a total 6.2-acre site.
Lankford & Associates is developing the project, which was designed by the San Diego-based Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle in collaboration with Bob Davis of Davis and Davis Architects.
In addition to Ralph Linder as project manager, the Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle project team includes Matthew Ellis, project coordinator, and Christopher Arnold and Dan Dominik, job captains. Other members of the development team are Davis Davis Architects, project design; Van Dyke Partnership, landscape architecture; Hensel Phelps Construction, University Mechanical, Gem Engineering, Berg Electric and TKG Consultants.
The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of next year.
