ATLANTA-Realty Development Corp. has hit the shelter sales jackpot with Freedom Lofts, a 60-unit condominium venture developed for $11 million in a renovated warehouse minutes from Downtown, Midtown and the Historic District.

Realty has sold 47 units totaling $10.34 million or an average $220,000 per unit. Realty president Marc Pollack expects to sell out the product in 30 days.

Closings are scheduled for September on the 800-sf to 1,700-sf units. The price range is $180,000 to $350,000. “The interiors, the decks, the views and the location are all strong selling points,” Pollack says in a prepared statement.
