James Ball will to direct the development of resorts in Mexico and Kaleidoscope at McCarran, a 44-acre time-share project just under way in a prime spot of Las Vegas."We are enormously excited to welcome Jim Ball to our most senior executive team," says Joe Martori, chairman and CEO for the Phoenix-based ILX Resorts.
Ball worked for more than a decade for Marriott Hotels. He also was in senior management at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and at the Woodlands Corp.
ILX Resorts' portfolio of properties consist of six resorts in Arizona and one each in Indiana, Colorado and San Carlos, Mexico. The resort owner also holds title to a parcel of land adjacent to a resort in northern Arizona and continues to acquire inventory at The Carriage House in Las Vegas, an upscale time-share resort.
