The complex, which encompasses 118,762 sf, consists of two buildings. Known as Harbor Business Center, it stands at 19700-19750 S. Vermont Ave. The property was 81% leased at the time of sale.
The buyer, Harbor Business Center LLC, was represented by Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office, who also negotiated for the seller, Pacifica Capital Group.
Two other large office transactions took place over the past week in Los Angeles County, the sale of a 141,918-sf Torrance office complex and the sale of a 137,800-sf Westlake North Business Park office facility. Combined, the three transactions total more than $55 million in sales activity.
