Bay State was represented by Kelleher & Sadowsky of Worcester while O'Brien Commercial Properties LLC of Marlboro and the Stubblebine Co. of Lincoln brokered the deal for the Park. Elizabeth Schofield, owner and president of Bay State Moving, did not return calls by press time but she is quoted as saying that the company will use the move to consolidate its offices and warehouses it now has spread throughout Worcester and Millbury. The project is slated to be completed by mid-December.

This 127-acre park in the Blackstone River Valley about 45 miles southwest of Boston, is located right off Route 146. Home Depot is looking to build a distribution center on 48 acres here and reportedly its site is under agreement. A third parcel in the park is nearing agreement, and at least three companies are reportedly interested in two other parcels.
