A source at Craig Realty says the company is in negotiations with several tenants for space in the addition, including Nike Factory Store, Hush Puppies, Wilson's Leather Outlet, Geoffrey Beene, Oneida, Dansk, Zales the Diamond Store Outlet, Casual Corner and Izod. The company also says unprecedented sales volume has prompted two current tenants--Factory Brand Shoes and LeCreuset--to request additional space in phase II, more than doubling their square footage.

Other current tenants include Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Outlet, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer Outlet, Harry & David, Tommy Hilfiger and Waterford Wedgwood. As well, Bose will open up an audio outlet store at the mall on Aug. 14.

There is approximately 6,000 sf currently available in the existing mall, says Woodburn's marketing director Michelle Daily. The third phase, which has yet to be scheduled, would add another 78,967 sf, says Daily.
