The new tenant, Emo Trans Texas, is a subsidiary of Emo Trans Inc., a worldwide air freight services firm that offers complete warehouse and distribution services, inventory management, customs brokerage and global logistics. Grace Fitzgerald of EMO Trans Texas handled the lease negotiations. Liz O'Brien, PM Realty's property manager and leasing agent, represented the building owner, Lincoln National Life Insurance.
Bill Goeke, PM Realty's senior vice president and central division director, says, "Emo Tran Texas was attracted to the building as a result of its functionality within one of El Paso's most prominent industrial parks and proximity to the airport." PM Realty Group manages and leases a two million-sf portfolio in El Paso, including clients such as Chase Bank Texas and TIAA.
