Key Dallas Executives Change Affiliations

DALLAS-Arledge/Power Real Estate Group and Perkins & Will have picked up two leading executives from their competitors. Arledge/Power gets an Ernst & Young manager and the architectural firm snags a VP from HKS Inc. in Dallas.

DALLAS-Arledge/Power Real Estate Group and Perkins & Will have brought two industry veterans on board in key executive positions.

The Dallas-based Arledge/Power has hired John Castro as vice president of business development. Castro, which has 13 years’ experience, provides expertise in teleservices, customer service and the call center industry. He is acting as the liaison for a broad range of economic development and business locations strategies for the firm’s nationwide client roster. Castro was manager of Ernst & Young LLP’s real estate and business incentives practice.
