The developer formerly was known as the Episcopal Health and Housing Services. The organization also is adding 20 units to nearby its Iris Park Commons project in the Midway area.
The Seabury campus, being called Coventry in the Midway, will offer independent living with associated services. "The Episcopal Homes campus expansion, Coventry in the Midway, is a promising solution to the affordable housing and care dilemma for seniors in our Midway neighborhoods," says Jay Benanav, a City of St. Paul councilman.
