Woodcrest, at 8300 Woodcrest Dr., is located west of Wayne Road and south of Joy Road in the Livonia school district. Built in 1971, it has 359 two-bedroom units of 950 sf and 99 one-bedroom units with 850 sf. All units have fireplaces, individual gas forced-air furnaces, central air-conditioning and hot-water heaters. The complex also has a clubhouse with a fitness facility, locker rooms, a hydrotherapy spa and an indoor/outdoor pool.
