ORIX LaSalle Warrenville Venture, a partnership between Jones Lang LaSalle Development and ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc., was the developer of the building designed by Chicago-based architects Solomon Cordwell & Buenz.

Keystone at Cantera was co-developed by McShane Corp. and Jones Lang LaSalle Development.

In an unrelated transaction, Chicago-based engineering firm Sargent & Lundy has signed a five-year lease for 2,748 sf at 4320 Winfield Rd., relocating from 1400 Opus Place in west suburban Downers Grove. Chris Connelly of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Northwestern Mutual Life, owner of the 157,540-sf building, while Stacey Kruger Birndorf and Adam J. Moore of Cushman & Wakefield's Downtown office represented Sargent & Lundy.
