The property is adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. It also sits on a high point of the business park, providing picture-postcard perfect views of the Rocky Mountains.

The resort-like property includes a large clubhouse, two swimming pools, two-story workout room, game room, volleyball court and movie theater.

General Investment recently paid $78.7 million to the Irving, TX-based developer, JPI, for the luxury apartment complex completed this year. The sale was the largest ever for a single apartment community in the Denver area.
