$61-Mil Loan for 652-Unit Meridian Complex

DENVER-General Investment & Development has closed on a $61-million loan for its 652-unit Windsor at Meridian Apartments in Douglas County. An L.J. Melody loan originator in Denver has financed the deal through Cigna.

DENVER-An affiliate of the General Investment & Development Co. has secured a $61-million loan for its 652-unit Windsor at Meridian Apartments in Douglas County’s Meridian International Business Park. L.J. Melody & Co. has arranged the loan through Cigna.

James T. Cobb Jr. in L.J. Melody’s Denver office put together the financing deal.

The property is adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. It also sits on a high point of the business park, providing picture-postcard perfect views of the Rocky Mountains.
