The lease covers about 28,000 sf in the 8010 Frost Street building located on Health Care Property Investors' Frost Street Medical Center. The five-building campus contains approximately 214,000 sf of medical/surgical space and is located across the street from Children's Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital.

The absorbed space is a direct result of the recent merger between the University of California, Riverside's pediatric department and Children's Hospital.
