Opus West Corp. Breaks Ground on Tech Park

IRVINE, CA-The two-building industrial and manufacturing complex will rise in Rancho Cucamonga, with completion slated for January 2002. The development is expected to be worth more than $15 million upon completion.

IRVINE, CA-Opus West Corp. has broken ground on a two-building industrial and manufacturing complex in Rancho Cucamonga, the firm’s Irvine office has announced. The development, which will encompass 341,700 sf, will be worth more than $15 million upon completion, according to company spokespeople.

Known as Rancho Technology Park, the development will rise on a property located near the Interstate 10 and 15 freeways. This area is surrounded by high-profile companies including Mission Foods, Home Depot, Kmart and Frito Lay. “Rancho Cucamonga is one of the nation’s most active industrial markets,” says Paul Marshall, senior vice president of real estate development for Opus West.
