Dynamex is relocating from another Phoenix spot into the 8,000 sf at 3630 E. Southern Avenue in Phoenix, a project situated at the northeast corner of 36th Street and Southern Avenue. Dynamex's new spot is within a mile of Interstate 10 and about two miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Andy Markham and Mike Haenel, represented the tenant while the Phoenix office of Arizona Industrial Properties acted for American Industrial Properties, the building owner.
Tiger Electric has signed for 2,400 sf in an office-warehouse at 2129 E. Cedar St. in Tempe. The industrial building is positioned near the southwest corner of Apache Boulevard and the Price Freeway section of Loop 101. Representing the tenant were Sarge Glenn and Drew Gabler of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services' Phoenix office.
Glenn also has negotiated a deal for tenant A/C Mechanical Corp. to relocate in Mesa. The HVAC business will move into a 1,880-sf office-warehouse lease at the Paragon Business Center, situated at 955 E. Javelina Ave. The Paragon Business Center is near the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Stapley Drive and a quarter mile of the Superstition Freeway.
