According to the terms of the five-year agreement, the tenant will continue to occupy 38,970 sf in the Bentall Executive Centre. The facility is located at 1551 N. Tustin Ave. The tenant, The Admar Group, develops and markets services and products that help manage the cost of health care services. The company has occupied space in the Bentall Executive Centre for more than 10 years.
The tenant was represented by Tom Taylor of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office, along with Greg Farrier, David Giglio and Lori Smith of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office. The landlord, Canada-based Bentall Real Estate Services, was represented in-house.
The transaction follows another recent office deal in Santa Ana, in which an office suite was leased for $1.2 million. The 9,043-sf build-to-suit is located at 1921 Alton. The tenant, G.S.A., inked a five-year lease. The landlord is Orix Searless.
