MORRISTOWN, NJ-All 75,450 sf of Patriot’s Plaza, Building A has just come on the market. The assignment for leasing the property has gone to Grubb & Ellis’ Fairfield, NJ office, with senior vice presidents Bill Berlamino and Bob Lee heading the effort.

The asset is available as a sublease, and it is “being marketed on a single-user basis,” according to Berlamino. He calls it “ideally suited for use as a regional or corporate headquarters facility. It’s located in a self-contained office park environment.”
