Cott Taps Extra Space in San Antonio, Signs for 30,615 SF

SAN ANTONIO-Cott beverage company has added 30,615 sf to its 300,000 sf operation in San Antonio's northeast submarket. The extra warehouse and distribution center is across the street from Cott's main operation at 4238 Director Dr.

SAN ANTONIO-Cott Corp. has added some fizz to its Alamo City beverage production and distribution facilities by taking 30,615 sf of warehouse and distribution space next to its current operations in the city’s northeast submarket.

The company is moving into 4201 E. Director Drive, situated across the street from its 300,000 sf at 4238 Director Dr. The area is close to Interstates 10 and 35 and Loop 410. Joe Carroll with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s San Antonio office represented Cott and Mark Weikel represented the building owner, Lend Lease’s Atlanta office.
