Biltmore Commerce Center is located at the northwest corner of 32nd Street and Camelback Road. The office space is in the middle of the Camelback Corridor, the most sought after address in the Valley. Camelback Corridor runs from 16th Street to 44th Street along Camelback Road in north central Phoenix. The office building is just south of the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and just east of the Biltmore Fashion Park.

Camelback Corridor has attracted some of the highest end office tenants in the Valley, and has become the center point for financial, insurance, legal and real estate services in metropolitan Phoenix. The Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, with brokers Michael White and Mitch Chilton, represented the building owner in the lease signing.
