The company is a manufacturer of forgings, welding and precision machining for automotive and industrial components. The $38-million project is expected to be completed in April 2002 and will initially employapproximately 40 people.
Huron is a subsidiary of Ogura Corp. Ogura Clutch Co., Ltd. of Japanis the parent company of Ogura Corp. The Ogura Group makes automotiveand industrial equipment clutches and motion control equipment.
The architect, Shimizu America Corporation, is a subsidiary of ShimizuCorporation of Tokyo, Japan. Schonsheck Inc. of Wixom, MI is the generalcontractor.
