Greg Kletzly, Schnitzer Northwest investment manager, development said in announcing the news. "It is rewarding to see such strong activity and interest in Civica Office Commons. The building was positioned to attract tenants looking for a unique environment for their business endeavors. "Kletzly says Schnitzer is quickly leasing the balance of the remaining 33,000 sf of office space and is currently in negotiations with a full service restaurant tenant.

Diane Dusseau, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. area president, says the firm and its employees were looking forward to the move to Civica from its current location. JPC Architects conceived and developed the design for the firm's new space. Pennon Construction has been retained to build out the space. Dusseau says that the firm and its employees expect to move to Civica by October.

In addition to the Arthur J. Gallagher & Company, Civica Office Commons is home to Microsoft (39,000 sf), Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (23,000 sf), Wells Fargo (50,000 sf), Waggener Edstrom (45,000 sf), Openwave Systems, formerly Software.com (54,000 sf), Network Appliance (8,500sf), Right Management Consultants (4,000 sf), and Starbucks Coffee (1,900 sf).

Dan Foster of Seattle-based Flinn Ferguson brokered the Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. lease. Bill Pollard and Jeff Durrell at Pacific Real Estate Partners are the leasing agents for Civica.
