An individual investor, Yvonne Ashley, bought the property from Hill Street Associates. Steve Warfield of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Larry Fox of Summit Properties.
Seaside Crossroads tenants include Kragen Auto Parts, Church's Chicken, Wonder/Hostess Bakery, Port of Subs, Moneytree, China Gate Buffet Restaurant, Seaside Flowers and Wells Fargo Bank.
Warfield is handling leasing.
