New Plymouth Marketplace Key to City Center

PLYMOUTH, MN-North American Properties is building the 98,000-sf mixed-use development that includes 140 units of senior housing, a grocery store, offices and two restaurants. It is expected to draw more Downtown investment.

PLYMOUTH, MN-With a Lund’s grocery store as its anchor, the new 98,000-sf Plymouth Marketplace will open this fall nearly fully leased as part of the new City Center development. Besides the 45,000-sf Lund’s grocery store, North American Properties plans to build 140 units of senior housing, two retail buildings totaling 36,000 sf, two restaurants–Ruby Tuesday and Chipotle Mexican Grill–totaling 11,000 sf and a 6,000-sf Marquette Bank branch.

The project is being built on the northwest corner of Minnesota Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane. City Center already has seen such additions as a new City Hall, Plymouth Library, Plymouth Ice Center, Plymouth amphitheater, Plymouth Creek Center, Mann Theater and a number of commercial and office developments.
