Markus Shayeb of HC&M Commercial represented One Workplace and SKS partner Paul Stein negotiated on behalf of landlord SKS Investments in house.

Shayeb tells GlobeSt.com that the furniture store is happy to be moving from its four-floor space at 731 Sansome to two-story space that has the same square footage, because it is more efficient.

Shayeb added that the property is close to public transportation, has parking in the building and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. He also mentioned that it's a great showroom space for One Workplace and has connectivity with the South Bay, making it an ideal location.

Quakko, which declared bankruptcy earlier this year, gave up an additional 62,000 sf in the 102,271 sf building that has not been rented yet.
