The firm has added 6,371 sf for a total of 12,210 sf. The worldwide engineering company has more than 3,500 employees and houses maintenance and operations division in the One Park Ten Place office.
One Park Ten Place is part of the Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors' 5.2 million-sf Houston portfolio. The three-story, 34,427-sf One Park Ten Place is located just north of the Katy Freeway between Texas 6 and Barker Cypress Road.

The Energy Corridor was second in the city for absorption last quarter. The submarket absorbed 284,325 sf, outpaced only by the Westchase submarket.
