Baker Energy Expands Energy Corridor Lease

HOUSTON-One Park Ten Place in the Energy Corridor has turned over more space to Baker Energy in a recent signing. In all, the division of Pittsburgh-based Michael Baker Corp. will occupy 12,210 sf of the 34,427-sf office building.

HOUSTON-Baker Energy, a division of Pittsburgh-based Michael Baker Corp. has expanded its One Park Ten Place offices at 16365 Park 10 Place in Houston’s Energy Corridor.

The firm has added 6,371 sf for a total of 12,210 sf. The worldwide engineering company has more than 3,500 employees and houses maintenance and operations division in the One Park Ten Place office.

One Park Ten Place is part of the Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors’ 5.2 million-sf Houston portfolio. The three-story, 34,427-sf One Park Ten Place is located just north of the Katy Freeway between Texas 6 and Barker Cypress Road.
