The multi-tenant property is located at 320-694 B Street and 320-437 6th St. It is approximately 95% occupied, with tenants including Foster Printing and Smith Lithographics.

"Tustin Freeway Commerce Center was a wise investment for Guthrie," says Alan Pekarcik, a broker from Voit Commercial Brokerage who worked on the deal. "Not only does the complex front the highly-commuted 5 Freeway, but it also is located in an area near Orange County's largest labor pool." Location was a prime factor in Guthrie's decision to buy the property, according to a company spokesperson.

Pekarcik, along with Voit brokers Jack Faris and Michael Hefner, represented Guthrie. The seller, Tustin Freeway Commerce Center LP, was represented by Greenwood & Sons.
