Image to Build 36,000-SF HQ in Spectrum

IRVINE, CA-The Irvine-based engineering firm is planning to build the facility on a 2.36-acre parcel, which it has purchased for $2.5 million. The company is relocating from another site in the Irvine Spectrum.

IRVINE, CA-An Irvine-based engineering firm, Image Holdings Inc., has acquired a 2.36-acre parcel in the Irvine Spectrum and intends to build a corporate headquarters facility on the site.

A 36,000-sf building is planned for the lot, which has been purchased for $2.5 million. Completion of the facility is slated for May 2002.

Irvine Spectrum tenant International Rectifier intends to occupy 20,000 sf of the new building, which will be bordered by Irvine Center Drive, Hubble Avenue and Bunsen Avenue. The company will move from its current site in the Spectrum.
