Heathrow Commons Shopping Center will be anchored by a 54,340-sf Publix Supermarkets inc. store, one of the grocer's largest prototype models. The center will be built on 11.3 acres facing State Road 200.

Heathrow Commons will have an immediate customer base with the development of Bonnie Heath Farms. The development of regional impact is approved for 800,000 sf of office/retail, a hotel with at least 150 rooms, 2,500 residences and a 36-hole golf course. Stiles puts the estimated build-out value of the venture at $9.25 million.

Stiles Architecture 6400 is designing the shopping center. Stiles Construction Co. is the general contractor. Stiles Retail Group is handling leasing and management. Projected asking rents are $15 per sf to $17 per sf.
