Stiles Plans $6 Mil Shopping Center

OCALA, FL-The 79,500-sf Heathrow Commons Shopping Center, 80 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando, is scheduled to break ground in September, anchored by a 54,340-sf Publix Supermarkets Inc. store, one of the grocer's largest prototype models.

OCALA, FL-This horse-breeding capital of Florida, 80 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando, is getting a new $6 million, 79,500-sf shopping center at the 900-acre Bonnie Heath Farms mixed-use development owned by Stiles Corp. of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ground breaking is set for September with a planned opening a year later.

Heathrow Commons Shopping Center will be anchored by a 54,340-sf Publix Supermarkets inc. store, one of the grocer’s largest prototype models. The center will be built on 11.3 acres facing State Road 200.
