In April, GlobeSt.com reported three law firms had signed leases for a total of 233,951 sf at Two Freedom Square, a 16-story, office tower.

According the developers, the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati has leased 109,955 sf; Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP took 96,648 sf. Latham & Watkins signed for 27,348 sf.

The joint venture's first building, the 18-story, 414,000 sf One Freedom Square is 100 percent leased.

The joint venture is working on other projects in the Reston community.

Terrabrook/Boston Properties is developing Discovery Square, a two-building project with 362,868 sf of space. Siebel Systems is the primary tenant.

The group is also building Reston Gateway -- two nine-story buildings with a total of 560,000 sf of space.

Terrabrook/Boston Properties will have developed 2.2 million sf of commercial property within Reston Town Center with the ultimate completion of these projects.

Boston Properties alone manages or owns 38 million sf in 145 buildings, with about 12 million sf in 47 buildings in the Washington metropolitan area.
