Major Development Budding in Burlingame

BURLINGAME-Colliers has taken on the role of advisor for the last large waterfront property in the San Francisco International Airport area. The deadline for RFPs has passed for developers of a major hotel site in Burlingame and Colliers expects the marketing ball to start rolling very soon.

SAN FRANCISCO-Colliers International will act as the California State Lands Commission’s exclusive advisor for the disposition of a major hotel site in the City of Burlingame on the San Francisco Bay south of the San Francisco International Airport.

Colliers has kicked off its role as advisor by soliciting Requests for Proposals, which were due last week and have not been opened yet, according to Tom Greenfield of Colliers International. Colliers is advising the state on what the site is worth and will market the property to major hotel chains, based on its extensive research and data.
