John Levinski, an associate of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., tells GlobeSt.com that ground will break in the fall on a Toyota dealership. He says the popular dealer has roughly 12 dealerships in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.
Project details were unavailable from the developing company by press time. But, says Levinski, the municipality already has approved the site plan and the project's progressing as planned.
The Freeman Group is part of Omega Automotive, the buyer of record for the tract. The property is located at the intersection of Loop 820 and Hurst Boulevard. The acquisition is located across the street from Freeman Mazda. Levinski and Tom Salanty, senior vice president, negotiated the land sale on McLendon Co.'s behalf.
