CSI, Crown Inc. plans to occupy the space at 725 W. Alameda Dr. for four months before relocating to 36, 400 sf of industrial space at the Sky Harbor Transit Center, which is at 1210 E. Hadley Rd., also in Phoenix. The transit center is about two miles west of Sky Harbor International Airport.
The temporary space in Tempe is in one of the most concentrated areas for industrial space. It is served by rail and is located three miles east of Sky Harbor and within a mile of Interstate 10 and Superstition Freeway.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Steve Mardian and Eddy Moore, represented CSI Crown Inc. for both leases. Rob Stevens of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. acted for the Tempe building owner, Eagle Global.
