Barton Malow Design, the architect of record, will manage all design and lead the center's technical development. The facility is expected to have an interior space of about 115,000 sf with 35,000 sf dedicated to exhibitions. There are also plans for an 800-car parking facility. Work is scheduled to be completed by 2004.
