Chase Broward Joins Robert Charles Lesser & Co.

ROCKVILLE, MD-Broward, who has more than 12 years of technology consulting experience, will join this real estate advisory business as director of technology consulting, working from the firm's Atlanta office.

ROCKVILLE, MD-Chase Broward has joined Robert Charles Lesser & Co. as director of technology consulting. Broward brings 12 years of experience to oversee Lesser’s technology consulting business, which will advise on the integration of technology in all phases of large-scale master-planned communities and mixed-use development.

In a statement, CEO Gadi Kaufmann noted that, “adding Chase to our team provides a significant service offering to our clients.”

Broward will work in the firm’s office in Atlanta, a market where he has distinguished himself. Broward is a member of the Homebuilder’s Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, the Community Association Institute and the Urban Land Institute. He co-produced the prototype for one of the nation’s early neighborhood intranet products–Neighborware–a software package that allows customers to provide an online network exclusively for the residents of their communities.
