Broward will work in the firm's office in Atlanta, a market where he has distinguished himself. Broward is a member of the Homebuilder's Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, the Community Association Institute and the Urban Land Institute. He co-produced the prototype for one of the nation's early neighborhood intranet products--Neighborware--a software package that allows customers to provide an online network exclusively for the residents of their communities.

Broward won the Home Automation Association's 2000 award for the "Best Planned Community of the Year" for Summer Grove in Atlanta.
