The second property is Tysons Pointe, a six-story, 108,000-sf, class A office space at 1577 Spring Hill Rd. in McLean. Presently, the entire building is vacant, and Ferreras did not provide further information on the leasing situation.
The property is owned by TA Associates Realty, which has been a longtime Cushman & Wakefield client. C&W's Chip Ryan brokered the purchase of Tysons Pointe for $10.3 million in 1996.
Cushman & Wakefield is starting rents at $28 per foot.
