Cushman & Wakefield Tapped as Leasing Broker on Two Area Offices

McLEAN, VA-This commercial real estate firm will exclusively lease Oakbranch Plaza, with 83,700 sf, and Tysons Pointe, with just over 108,000 sf.

McLEAN, VA-Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped as the exclusive leasing broker for two properties in Northern Virginia. The first property is Oakbranch Plaza, a five-story, 83,700-sf, class A office space at 1801 Robert Fulton Dr. in Reston. Louise Ferreras, a spokeswoman for Cushman & Wakefield, tells GlobeSt.com that the building is fully occupied at present, but will have vacancy in January 2002.

The second property is Tysons Pointe, a six-story, 108,000-sf, class A office space at 1577 Spring Hill Rd. in McLean. Presently, the entire building is vacant, and Ferreras did not provide further information on the leasing situation.
