The firm also represented Westland Control Systems in leasing 37,696-sf of industrial space at a new speculative building in Westland. That facility is located a mile east of I-275 on Webb Drive. Larry Emmons, senior vice president at G&E, represented the tenant. Kim Whelan of AmeriTrust Realty negotiated for the owner.
