According to the terms of the $1.1 million deal, the new tenant will occupy 4,241 sf of space in a 7,736-sf single-story building. The facility is located at 301 S. Moorpark Rd. It is one of six office buildings that comprise the 42,000-sf Los Robles Professional Park. Nearly the entire complex is occupied, with only 5,673 sf of space currently available for lease.
The tenant, Oxnard/Simi Ear, Nose and Throat Medical Group is relocating to the Los Robles space from another site in Thousand Oaks. The medical group is moving as a result of its substantial growth. In addition to its Thousand Oaks office, the organization has sites in Oxnard and Simi Valley.
Both the tenant and the landlord, Los Robles Office Partners LLC, were represented by Marc Riches, Cheryl Richmond and Cory Richmond of NAI Capital Commercial.
