CBRE has the new listing. The property is now going for $23 million or $328,571 per acre ($7.54 per sf), down from the original asking price of $29 million or $414,286 per acre ($9.51 per sf). Three buildings totaling 346,000 sf of R&D and manufacturing space are part of the assets.

"This property is one of the most exciting redevelopment opportunities in Atlanta," Bruce Lanchart, CBRE's first vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. "It has excellent access from both Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Peachtree Road."

Lanchart and CBRE senior vice president David Nixon lead the marketing team on the Boeing property. Nixon is also part of a CBRE team selling the 101,652-sf Progress Lighting Building in nearby Douglasville, GA. The property is going for $2.6 million or $25.58 per sf.
