"These transactions speak to the economic diversity of the NASA-Clear Lake area," says Coy Davidson, Colliers vice president in the Houston office. "While the area is known for its concentration of major aerospace companies who support the nations space program at Johnson Space Center, the area's economic base has diversified significantly in recent years with an expanding office tenancy particularly in the petrochemical, technology and biomedical sectors." Davidson represented all three tenants in the lease negotiations.

ATA Associates, a litigation support and accident reconstruction firm, occupies 1301 Gemini. Kathy Deurmyer of Rosche Services Corp. represented the building owner.

SAT Corp. is a petrochemical and process industry software development company and will be moving into 1740 NASA Rd. One, situated directly across from the Johnson Space Center. Michael Austin of Nassau Development Co. acted for the building owner. And, M&K Engineering relocated to 1322 Space Park. Julie Jordan and Nick Castillo represented building owner, Boxer Properties of Houston.
