Officials with Ascendant Solutions International Inc., are now conducting a search for space in Connecticut, according to undisclosed officials close to the company.
The formation of Ascendant Solutions International was announced earlier this week when Fuji Photo Film USA reported that Houston Fearless 76 was named the sole North American distributor of Fujifilm document-imaging/micrographic products and services.
Andy LaGuardia, public relations manager for Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., tells globeSt.com, "The corporate headquarters (of Ascendant Solutions International) at this point will be based in Connecticut, but as yet the location has not been determined."
The headquarters will house the executive staff, while most of the company's personnel, which was expected to total 25 workers at the firm's inception, will be based in the field, LaGuradia adds.
The corporate headquarters of Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. is based in Elmsford at 555 Taxter Road, where the company employs approximately 200 workers.
