The building will be serviced by the retailers in the One Towne Square including Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse, Sterling Bank, Sundries Plus Cafeteria, See-More Travel and the Towne Square Florist. Amenities will include covered deck parking, 24-hour security guard service, basement storage, fiber optics and cable access.
Two Towne Square's floors will be approximately 23,000 sf in size with smaller suites available. The building team includes Rossetti & Associates, the architects of One Towne Square, as project architect, the Dailey Co. as general contractor and Signature Associates as leasing agent.
