SOUTHFIELD, MI-REDICO, a real estate development and management company based here, has broken ground on the second office tower of the Oakland Towne Square development in the city. Scheduled for fall 2002 occupancy, Two Towne Square will be a nine-story, 180,000-sf office tower connected to the existing 425,000-sf, 18-story One Towne Square and its full service retail concourse.

The building will be serviced by the retailers in the One Towne Square including Morton’s of Chicago Steakhouse, Sterling Bank, Sundries Plus Cafeteria, See-More Travel and the Towne Square Florist. Amenities will include covered deck parking, 24-hour security guard service, basement storage, fiber optics and cable access.
