A 19-year real estate industry veteran, she will oversee the firm's recently opened office at 2 Fifth Ave and another office new office set to open in Tribeca. In her new post, she will be in charge of all Downtown sales and on-site sales activity.

Before landing at Feathered Nest, McCoy served as director of marketing and sales for Two Trees Management Co. Prior to that she was a vice president/manager at Douglas Elliman.

Brown Harris, which serves both the residential and commercial markets here, and its affiliate, Halstead Holdings, sold apartments and townhouses worth more than $3.2 billion last year in Manhattan.
