Mark Aronsen, senior director of strategic planning and business development for Time Warner says, "Houston is a vibrant Top 10 news market. We will have weather updates every 10 minutes, plus wall-to-wall coverage of the cultural landscapes, events and lives of Houston."
Time Warner reportedly has been planning the round-the-clock operation for some time and the 150-acre Westway park fit the bill.
