BEAVERTON, OR-David’s Bridal, a specialty retailer with 137 locations across the nation, will open in a 10,000-sf stand-alone store at the150,000-sf Cascade Plaza shopping center. When completed, it will be the fourth of at least five stores the Pennsylvania-based retailer is preparing to open in Western Oregon and Washington.

The store is being developed between Burlington Coat Factory and Linens ‘N Things. David’s Bridal is expected to occupy the space before the end of the year. Lease rates for retail space in the mall, which is now built out, run between $17 and $18 per sf, triple net.
